- By booking or participating in a tour or any related products or services with Us (Kiaaan Holidayz), you (Client ) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- By booking a Tour you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you make a booking on behalf of other people, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and you do accept these Terms on behalf of the other people in your group. Advances. At the time of booking, an advance payment of 50% of the amount specified for the particular tour) is due to confirm the booking. If the booking is made 10 days or less prior to the departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. Some products or services offered by the Tour Operator may require you to make full payment at the time of booking. The Tour Operator will advise you of any such requirements prior to confirmation of the applicable booking.
CANCELLATION NO SHOW OR COVID 19 |
In the event of cancellation of travel arrangements due to any reasons, We must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive your intimation in writing. Cancellation fees apply to the land packages and/or services.
- 0 – 24 hrs prior to booking 0% of the Tour.
- 21 Days or more prior to arrival 50% of the Tour.
- 21 Days or Less prior to arrival 100% of the Tour.
- No Show- No Refund.
Covid-19 Cancellations.
- All Covid-19 related cancellations will be refunded/ rescheduled as per hotel pol
- All Covid-19 cancellations will incur 5% of the amount at the time of Cancellation of any services.
- For any Train/ Flight/ Helicopter /Bus tickets /Cable Car involved, the refund will be applicable as per the advice cancellation policy at the time of booking, by the service provider.
- At the time of Cancellation of any Train/ Flight/ Helicopter /Bus tickets our service charges will be applicable.
- Payments made through credit cards will incur 5% of the amount at the time of Cancellation of any services.
